I got my suitcase today i was kind of confused for a second because the color looked so exactly like the pictures. I kept expecting it to be a little off in person, but nope, it matched really well. Happy with it

"Wheel fell off after 4 glights"

This suitcase is 1 1/2 years old.  It had made 4 trips to ATL.  3 days ago, when returning from ATL, we took the suitcase off the carousel, with the wheels intact.  It rolled fine 1/2 of the way to transportation home.  Then we noticed it was not rolling well at all.  I looked at the wheels and 1 of the 2 was gone.  It had fallen off during the roll to the car.  The luggage was behind us as we tipped it to walk to go faster for a shared ride.  We did not see it fall off because the luggage was behind us.  I looked on Amazon and your site to find a replacement wheel, got what I thought would work, and it was too small. The site does not have replacement wheels.  It has a very long  warranty and did not live up to the normal use of the luggage.  I have a copy of the receipt from 11/2024. I contacted IFLY for a replacement (sent a photo like they requested) and they stated this issue is not covered under warranty but send a photo...I already did this!  I will be writing many reviews on IFLY.  This is unacceptable.  They have a long warranty but don't honor it.  Never buy this defective luggage!

"Solid suitcase for the price"
I’ve used this suitcase a few times now, it’s been a good buy for the money. It feels sturdy enough, rolls fine, and has held up well so far. If you’re looking for a decent suitcase without spending a ton, I’d say this one is worth it

"Nice looking bag, but it doesn’t roll great"
I ordered this from iFLY Luggage because I wanted something easy to take on trips, and at first it seemed like it would be fine. It looks nice, and the handle worked okay, but the wheels just didn’t feel as smooth as I expected...

On flat airport floors it was manageable, but turning corners felt stiff and it kept drifting to one side. Once I had to pull it through parking lots and busy crowds, it got annoying quickly. It’s not a terrible suitcase, but if easy rolling matters to you, this probably isn’t the one..

I haven’t had any issues with the zippers yet, which is good. They seem fine for now, though I’m still a little unsure how well they’ll hold up with heavier use over time

"Delivery showed up in good shape"
So, my luggage arrived right on time, and the box was mostly fine, just a little dent on one corner, nothing major. The bag inside was clean and totally undamaged, so yeah, I’m happy with it overall.

"Handle feels sturdy, even with the bag packed"
I ordered this from iflyluggage.com because my last suitcase handle got loose after just one trip, and I didn’t want to deal with that again. This one feels a lot more solid than I expected. I’ve pulled it through parking lots, airport lines, and over a few curbs, and it hasn’t had that annoying wobble at all.
The handle slides up smoothly and locks in place like it should, even when I had the suitcase packed full. So far I’m happy with it, but if it does start giving me problems sooner than it should, I’d definitely expect the company to make it right...

"Really nice having the extra space"
I bought this from iflyluggage.com the expandable section has been super useful. I always end up coming home with more than I packed, so having that extra room makes a big difference. Even when it’s full, the zipper still works fine...

"Better than I expected, honestly"
I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much, but this suitcase is actually solid. The zippers feel sturdy and the shell seems like it can take a decent beating. The handle does have a little wobble to it, which I’m not thrilled about, but overall it’s been better than I thought it would be

I packed this for a 10-day trip and still had extra room, which surprised me. The pockets made it really easy to keep things organized too. I was a bit frustrated with how long I had to wait for it to arrive, but once I finally got it, I was happy with it

"Easy return overall"
Needed to swap my suitcase for a bigger one. Return label showed up fast, refund didn’t take too long, and support was helpful. Just wish the update emails were clearer.

"Carry-on size was fine, just like others said"
I grabbed this iFLY carry-on for a quick trip after seeing a few people mention it worked as a standard carry-on, and that ended up being true for me too. I was definitely watching at boarding to see if anyone else had similar bags or if the airline would say something, but nobody stopped me, and it fit in the overhead bin without any trouble. The wheels rolled well too. I’m giving it one star off because the handle feels a little loose, but overall it did what I needed

"Pretty happy with how light it is"
Pretty happy with it so far. My iFLY suitcase is so much lighter than my old one, and I noticed it right away when I had to lift it into the car and later into the overhead bin. It’s just easy to carry around, which makes traveling feel a little less annoying.

I’ve taken my iFly suitcase on a handful of trips now, it’s held up well. The wheels still roll smoothly, the handle hasn’t given me any trouble, and the outside just has the usual scuffs you’d expect from travel. It’s not perfect, but for the price, I really can’t complain too much. I did take off one star because the zipper feels a little cheap—though to be fair, it hasn’t actually caused any problems so far.

I might just be a bit too picky, but the inside layout feels kind of messy to me. There aren’t enough pockets, so my stuff ends up all over the place and I’m always digging around for things
